Counting the Days

Just a few days left.

You already know the exact number—it's scribbled on the corner of the mirror, marked with lipstick, as if to remind you every time you look: "+5". Five days. Five sunrises until the "yes".

The house is filled with small details that betray the wait: open boxes, scattered invitations, the scent of newly arrived flowers, forgotten white ribbons on the table. Every corner seems to breathe expectation.

During the day, the hours drag on. The clock seems to mock your anxiety. You review lists, answer messages, and yet, everything returns to the same point: the thought of him. How he will be at the altar, if he will get emotional, if he will smile in that way that completely disarms you.

At night, the silence fills with memories—the first date, the laughter, the plans made in whispered conversations in the dark. Now, everything is about to transform into a new chapter.

Just thinking about it makes your heart race as if it wants to go through the days all at once. Each sunrise is a countdown, but also a reminder: the love you've built is the true reason for everything. It's not about the dress, nor the party—it's about getting there, standing before him, and knowing that it was all worth it.
