⌛️ #1 again

John had done it again. He was back at the top of the global criminal ranking, reclaiming the number one spot with a quiet, unshakable confidence. This time, though, there were no grand speeches, no fiery monologues rallying the masses against the system or the capital. No, this time, John just wanted to prove a point: there’s still a long way to go, and anyone can lead that road alone, just like he did. People will say it’s impossible, that the world is rigged against those who dare to rise. But he knows the truth: not only is it possible, it’s inevitable.

This was the first goal on his list of five, and now he can cross it out with a smirk. The others will fall in time, whether it takes years or decades, it doesn’t matter. He’s patient. He’s relentless. Success, for John, has never been about speed, it’s about certainty. He moves forward like an unstoppable force, dragging down obstacles, slipping through the cracks of a world that thinks it can contain him. It never could. It never will.

Along the way, he’s met people, some fleeting, some lasting. Old faces reappeared, new alliances were forged, but one presence stood out above the rest. She had pushed him to be better, to be ruthless, to be undeniable. She had also kept him in bed for as long as she pleased. As long as they both pleased. And in the quiet moments between chaos and ambition, John had found something else, something just as dangerous as the life he lived. Maybe even more.
