Description:	So you say you want a revolution... On the 3rd of November (Melvin Festival Day, Year 19), this global music festival will begin, to encourage all Popomundians to incite the masses for 3 days. We encourage as many clubs and as many artists as possible to join in this guerilla movement, with competitions entitled "Incite the Masses!" running from the 3rd to the 6th of November. This isn't about the fame and it isn't about the money... it's about shaking things up! :p These competitions are intended to give more publicity to the movement and a sense of how many people are involved. But we also encourage all to Incite the Masses on these days regardless of whether or not they are part of a competition.
