The happiest Birthday-Sunshine that ever lived
And to think that at the beginning of the year, the only thing Autumn had ever known was how to navigate the life of a musician.
Now, more than half of their year, year 149, had been spent on Cove's boat and by this point she felt completely at home here. -Maybe a little too much. Because when she'd first toyed with the idea of leaving the band to travel with Cove, Autumn had argued it would only be for this year. Surely, she would miss the stage, the lifestyle and and grow bored before she knew it. The Energy Bunny never sat still, always thinking about the future, always making plans ahead
But it turned out that when you were sailing the endless sea with the love of your life, no plans for the future were needed. For the first time Autumn understood what it meant to live in the moment. Instead of living for what came next, she poured her energy into enjoying every second with Cove.
The old Energy Bunny would never have lost track of time like this, but Cove’s Sea Bunny had been so swept up in living the dream that she completely forgot today was her birthday. Which worked perfectly, because she couldn't have been more surprised when she woke up in the most special city of them all: Rome. And to a mountain of heartfelt presents that threatened to kill her with joy and happiness.
As they wandered through the city, they couldn’t resist visiting the beautiful Trevi Fountain, where Cove had first taken her almost two years ago. This time however, Autumn didn't hesitate when throwing a coin into the water.
