Loving in the slow lane, boring as can be. Underneath the same sky, sometimes together, often starlit, my body speaks in silence with no need for lies. Hands clasp tightly, fingers trace lines under the week old hoodie that I love him in so much, he could have had better taste in wives, ones who knew how to wash clothes and bake bread or something. Instead he picked me and I choose him. Through storms, stars and dreams always in sight, with his every glance I’m that wildflower blooming even when it’s dark, silly addicted Mo seeking little flower. The bread may be from erewhon(I do make ok muffins now though!), and I may forget to order the dry cleaning one too many times, I may be too much and often too little at the same time, a loving little mindfuck, all by accident. Accidentally obsessed and in love with the greatest human ever to take a breath. I’ve met many frogs who now I forget the names of and am not sure they actually exist. Nobody but you. Nobody’s kiss, warmth, arms, smell, touch, jokes, smile, ability to make me feel like I’m dying and living for the first time ever come close to that of my sweet, serious, silly husband. Hmm I forgot what I was ever suffering for. Hmm I forgot what I meant to write now, just something like I could rest in peace in your arms forever. Oh, and I love you.
