After Long arrived, I had to set myself a big challenge: getting back in shape. So, between rehearsals and concerts, I try to spend every minute of my free time at the gym to tone up again and be able to give my all at every show. I couldn't do this if Annette didn't help me keep the crying baby asleep during training, or if the guys didn't keep him entertained with silly faces and tickles when he's determined not to sleep. I love them all more every day.
