It had been a year since Eiden had been showed the way out the system. The moment he turned 18, he got kicked out. Not even a goodbye, or a little money to get by. Nothing but a bunch of scars and a silly dream.

All he had back then had been a few used clothes and a guitar. But it had been enough, working as a bartender didn't pay all too well, but he was a charming bastard that made enough in tips to get his own place. Not that his studio apartment was big or in a nice neighborhood. But it was cozy, clean and his.

And it allowed him to write music. Music he would play wherever they let him. So far, he had been allowed to some dive bars at hours no one was sober enough to even register there was live music, but somehow, it was enough for him. At least, for now it was.

That night he'd been playing some of his new songs, the crowd had ignored him for the most part, but that didn't matter. One day, they would be screaming his name. One day. Maybe.

For now, he was content to take the ride home on his Indian Scout Sixty Classic. Aside from music, feeling the wind in his face as he speed through the night was the only other thing that made him feel alive.
