#Stepping into the Spotlight

The first time I held my bass guitar on stage, with so many eyes watching, my heart raced in rhythm with the music. Nerves? Absolutely. Mistakes? A few. But the thrill of being caught up in the energy of the music drowned out my fears.

We’re still at the start of our journey. Half of our setlist is still “in progress” and expected to arrive on the third day of this tour. Yet, we’re moving full speed ahead last-minute rehearsals, planning recordings, and pushing ourselves to make this work.

Belgrade. Our first concert. It’s hard to put into words how it feels to stand up there as the spotlight hits you, the crowd’s cheers filling the air. Our band is solid, and for that, I’m grateful. Kaiser still makes hearts race, signing autographs on eager fans’ skin without hesitation. Then there’s Aure. Her striking beauty set the entire stage on fire she’s pure magic up there.

Desmond and Kurt have settled into the band well. Did I mention Desmond had the guts to pick up a violin for the first time on stage? The guy’s a character, no doubt, but we’re making it work. Slow, steady steps that’s how we’re climbing to the top.

Meanwhile, work on our first single is in full swing. Once we get the flow of these concerts down, we’ll release it for the fans who’ve been waiting (impatiently, I might add). For now, everything feels like a battlefield, but I live for that fire. The stage, the lights, the sound of the crowd my first experience holding the bass out there will stay with me forever. This is just the beginning.
