Enver had been working on his little—or not so little, project for the last few months. Being an introverted, and absurdly good at coding, what normally took entire teams years to achieve, had been barely a school year for him.

It had started as a silly project to pass time, but as the complexity grew, he found himself turning it into something serious. He was developing a game, for real. While the characters were still generic shapes—something he planned on fixing by getting his amazing girlfriend involved in the design process, the rest of the game was properly done and working. Main quests, side quests, and of course, the lore. Because it wouldn't be Enver if he didn't mix his two passions, fantasy books and coding.

King Athos of Ataraxia had been a cruel ruler, driven by delusions of grandeur he attacked the human lands. One by one, the mortal cities fell under the elvish armies. The carnage soon became frowned upon by his own people, but Athos only cared about conquering and extending his realm.

His only son, Prince Ozriel, despised the legacy he was set to inherit. Sneaking between the shadows he knew so well, the young prince started a revolution to help the mortals defeat his father. It was during one of his missions that he found a flute half buried in the mud, near a village that had been ransacked a few weeks ago. The object seemed to call to him, a strange force compelling him to pick it up. To use his magic to reminiscence the last memories ingrained to it. It was then when he saw her, the most beautiful human woman he had ever seen, running from the silvery blue flames of his own father.

Ozriel would find her, the one who was fated to him, destined to share his crown. To bring peace and prosperity to both their people as King and Queen.

Two thousand years later, a new enemy threatened their legacy.
