Fine, let's have a look inside the beautiful mind of Vivian Stevie Pemberton, shall we?
You are an eyewitness to a crime: A man has robbed a bank, but instead of keeping the money for himself, he donates it to a poor orphanage that can now afford to feed, clothe, and care for its children. You know who committed the crime. If you go to the authorities with the information, there's a good chance the money will be returned to the bank, leaving a lot of kids in need. What do you do?
This sounds like one of those moral questions that aren’t really about choice itself, but more about the justification. As a responsible citizen, it would be my duty to go to the authorities. On the other hand, I doubt I’m the only eyewitness to the crime. If I stay silent, there’s a good chance someone else will come forward. And if not, then I suppose we’ve all collectively decided that, in this case, the greater good outweighs our individual responsibility. After all, everything happened so fast, and we didn’t get a good look at the guy… wink-wink.

Would you rather the aliens that make first contact be robotic or organic?Organic. If they're friendly, it's easier to sympathize with them — and if they turn out to be hostile or evil, it's easier to kill something that can bleed.
Would you rather be covered in fur or covered in scales? If scales mean I turn into a mermaid, then scales. But if it means I would look like a snake or lizard, I prefer fur thank you very much. It's fluffy and keeps you warm... and maybe the aliens will adopt me as their pet :P
