The Coach

Whenever Yael was feeling down, making music with her best friends helped a lot. As she recently confessed, when she made music with her ex, she felt inferior in some way, not at the top skill, and what she needed now was to feel equal and maybe, once and for all, fulfill a promise made not just to one but to two people. That's how Armed Resistance of the Heart was born.

Andrew flows, but Clément is demanding. "You’re not going to hold that note for 6 seconds, this is punk." Yet practicing The Offspring! However, according to her coach, Yael’s vocal strength lies in the ease and clarity with which she modulates her voice across different tones. Her strength lies not in power, but in the speed at which she transitions between notes. For this reason, her coach spent the last week doing vocal acceleration exercises with her, and she didn’t lose diction.

The Therapy

Yael didn't know, but she had discovered that by thinking rhythmically after these exercises, she was also accelerating her thought process.
