I've got a super important question...

why do parents kiss so much? Like, seriously, do they really need to do it THAT much? At my home, it's nonstop. In the morning? Kiss. During breakfast? Kiss. When Dad gets home? Another kiss. And sometimes, out of nowhere, while I'm minding my own business playing video games, they just look at each other, laugh, and, you guessed it, kiss again!



I've lost count, but I'm pretty sure it's over 100 times a day. Easy. Mom always says that happy parents make happy kids. I get it. But couldn't a hug or a high five do the trick? Dad always laughs and says one day you'll understand, buddy. But honestly, I don't think I will

Sometimes I try to save the situation. I'm like "agaaaaaiiiinnnn???" It works for about five seconds, but then… more kissing. But you know what? Our home is always full of laughter and fun, and I know they really love each other. I guess all this kissing is their way of showing they're happy to be a family.

So yeah, I like seeing them so happy. If that kisses means we laugh more and have more fun together, I'm okay with it. Because at the end of the day, we're a really happy family, and I love them just the way they are, kisses and all 😁
