Momma, this surely is a dream
Leaving my Mom's tour and venturing into the world on my own was surprisingly easy. Honestly, I thought making friends would be a huge hassle, but as it turns out, it was barely an inconvenience.
The first person I met was
Professor Gordon, an intellectual through and through, constantly discussing the intricacies of English literature and the potential of future science projects. He graciously decided to play host, opening his home to me and Mary Ann, another student.
Mary Ann and I clicked right away, and we've transformed Professor Gordon's penthouse into our own personal playground. When we're not skateboarding or discovering new restaurants, you can find us lounging around and watching movies.
So yeah, leaving my family behind wasn’t as daunting as I’d imagined. The transition has been almost effortless, as easy as enjoying a piece of candy and fresh popcorn.
