The Day Everything Began 💛

Sometimes I go back to that moment that seemed so insignificant: a light joke, a “Trinche” thrown out without any intention of meaning anything. Or maybe it did.

Because right there, in that exact instant, everything started.
That innocent gesture opened a bright little crack through which something entered, something that has now become immense.
I can’t help but thank you for brightening my soul from that day on, without knowing you were giving the first push to everything we are now.

What’s funny is that my hesitation almost changed our fate.
That late message I wrote and erased several times, the one I sent without knowing if it was a good idea… ended up being the bridge that brought us together.
Who would have thought that such a tiny moment could define such a big path?
And look at us now: inseparable, growing side by side as if it had been written that way all along.

I’ve thought many times about everything we’ve built, not just you and me, but everything that formed around us.
This big family (because it already is one) is partly our doing too.
The result of having put love, patience, strength, and presence into every single day.
Of having decided that it was worth trying, even when it seemed difficult.

And we’ll keep doing it.
We’ll keep moving forward, my morena, finding our own paths and weaving them together in the best way we know how.
Because what we have doesn’t just move, it expands, it grows, it holds steady.
And as long as I get to choose, I will keep choosing you with every step we have left to walk.
