Background story:Eric was a change of plans for two adults who had been seeing each other but both had a family on their own. Right in the middle of a family crisis and probably due to memory issues of his mother, he was being cared for by some distant relatives in Moscow right after birth until it was apparent that his mother would never come back.
He was then brought to his father in London. Eric was first sent to a nursery for almost a year and taken home by his grandmother who looked after him.
