The Melvin Memorial Foundation is proud to sponsor the Fifth Popomundo Festival. The festival will be hosted by the city of Los Angeles on September 8-15. Preliminaries will be held in eight cities throughout August 18-25.
This will be the last of the Popomundo Festivals like we've come to know them. So if you've got anything to prove... now is the time to ROCK!
All bands, all genres are welcome to the preliminaries and ticket prices will be set to €/US$ 6, as instructed by the organisation. Like always you're only allowed to play in one preliminary.
The top-5 of each of the preliminaries will qualify for the actual festival.
The other preliminaries will be held in Copenhagen, Rome, Melbourne, Berlin, Paris, Toronto and São Paulo.
