CD manufacturing is a highly specialised industry. Our top plant uses class 100 clean rooms for glass mastering applications, and adheres to the strictest quality control standards.
The production and creation alone of a glass master for CD pressing is a labour-intensive endeavour, including stringent checks and scans for surface imperfections at three separate stages of production.
All of this is of capital importance, considering that our plant can produce up to 750,000 units a day!
