As Amelia and Hunter continued planning for their future, they opted to start fresh, leaving each of their places behind and moving into a new home in the West Village that could accommodate any potential expansions to their family.
This townhouse includes a newly built carriage house that can serve as a guest house for any out-of-town guests, which can be accessed via the finished basement, or across the courtyard, where their dog Chase enjoys spending much of his free time.
The luxurious and privated full-floor master suite occupies the second floor, while the third floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The fourth and top floor has a full home office and library, a full bath, and an informal media room complete with a wet bar and wood burning fireplace, sitting under a painter’s skylight.
