The Next Step

Since her arrival in the family, Aitana Eastham had planted in her mother the seed of what is now the family Castle. Tini noticed the influence she had on Alayna, acting like a little voice in her head, the voice of ambition speaking to her mother without reservations or consideration. The seed had grown and was now blooming.

Aitana smiles at the camera. The photos are being taken while she plays and smells the aroma of the flowers. As beautiful as they were, those flowers would soon wither and be forgotten. Spring departs and gives way to other seasons. Nothing remains static, much less Aitana.

-The Eastham and the Ferreira da Silva must be united to be strong. Like roses, we will dazzle the world and prick our thorns into those who oppose us- the girl says to herself -We will be the most beautiful and, therefore, powerful family in all of Rio de Janeiro. But... How exactly?

The photo session ended, but Aitana did not celebrate nor thank the photographer from the brand that contacted her. She was thinking. Her mind was working on the next step for the family, on how to unite her mother, her aunt, her cousin, and her sisters under the same banner and grow together always in the same direction. Obviously, she had to be the most influential among the girls. All were equal, but some were more equal than others.

-Something stronger than a mere surname or a roof. That is our next step.
